Packing Guide

Getting ready for camp is part of the fun. Below is a printable packing guide to make sure your daughter arrives comfortable, prepared, and ready to enjoy her time at Heart.

You can purchase camper uniforms at our camp store, The Trading Post. Quick ship and pick-up-at-camp options are available for items purchased online. If you select pick-up-at-camp, we’ll make sure your daughter gets the right-sized clothing and that it's labeled with her name. If you receive your order, but need to exchange sizes, we are happy to do exchanges at camp - bring the items to camp drop off in a separate bag, which our staff will take from you when you unload your camper. We will turn the exchange into a credit so she can shop at the store for the correct-sized items.

June Campers: Please note that some of our sisterhood uniforms have shipping delays with the vendor. You’ll get an email from us if any portion of your order is better suited for pickup at camp.

Camper Forms

A number of forms must be completed for each camper prior to the start of the session. These forms help us get to know your camper, ensure safety, and create the best possible camp experience.

All forms are completed through your CampInTouch account or the Campanion app. You can access and complete all forms in one of two ways:

1. CampInTouch (Desktop)

Log in by clicking “CampInTouch” below
From your dashboard, navigate to your camper’s forms
Upload or complete each required item directly in your account

Today at Heart felt all about the waterfront.

War canoe paddles were painted by generous alumni who gave their time and heart to the day. New swim docks arrived and were towed into place on the water. And we welcomed visiting campers for tours&mdash

War Canoe is one of the most anticipated traditions at The Heart.

Each Sisterhood trains throughout the term, learning the rhythm, teamwork, and coordination it takes to paddle together as one.
By the time race day arrives, it’s more than just

June registration at The Heart closes May 11.

If you’ve been considering a June session, now is the time to finalize plans. We’re happy to answer questions and help you find the right fit for your camper.

June sessions include:

As the summer comes to a close, campers gather one last time with their Sisterhood for Final Mountain Top.

It’s a moment to reflect on everything that’s been shared — the friendships, the growth, the memories made along the way.

Label everything.
From t-shirts to towels to water bottles, having your camper’s name on her belongings helps things find their way back home.
It’s a small step that makes camp life run a little

One of the most special parts of camp is the connection between Big and Little Sisters.

From the very beginning, older campers take younger ones under their wing — offering encouragement, guidance, and a steady presence throughout the summer.

It’s the little moments that end up meaning the most.
