Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
Packing for
Camp
Getting ready for camp is part of the fun. To help families pack with confidence, we’ve put together a suggested list of what campers should bring for their session.
A few helpful reminders:
Pack for comfort, activity, and summer weather.
Include enough everyday clothing for your camper’s session.
Bedding, toiletries, swimsuits, shoes, and activity-specific items should all be packed before arrival.
Please do not send valuables, expensive jewelry, or items that would be difficult to replace.
Please be sure all clothing and personal items are clearly labeled with your camper’s name.
Please note: Specific needs for certain activities may be shared closer to camp.

Uniforms
Camp uniforms help create a sense of unity, tradition, and simplicity during the summer. They also make it easier for campers to dress for special camp moments and help staff quickly identify groups when needed.
This summer, campers should plan to bring the required uniform items listed on the packing list.
Uniform basics:
Campers should arrive with all required uniform pieces.
Every day, camp clothes will still be worn for most daily activities, depending on the schedule. The exception to this is special days like field day, pj parties, etc.
A few things to know:
Please label all uniform items clearly.
If you are unsure whether an item meets the uniform guidelines, reach out before camp and we’ll be happy to help.
We know uniform questions are common, especially this year, and we want families to feel confident about what to send. Our goal is to make expectations as simple and clear as possible.
Camp Account / Spending Money
Families can add money to their camper’s camp account through their Shopify account. This money may be used for store purchases.
How to add money to your camper’s account:
Log in to your Shopify account.
Navigate to item “Trading Post Funding” item.
Follow the prompts to add funds.
Helpful notes:
Funds should be added before your camper arrives whenever possible.
Campers do not need to bring cash.
Any questions about account balances or adding funds can be directed to our office
What’s new:
We are now asking families to add spending money directly through Shopify rather than using the previous method.
Recommended Camp Gear
We’ve partnered with Everything Summer Camp to make preparing for camp a little easier.
